Fees
We recognise that seeing an immigration barrister often comes at a difficult and stressful time in our clients' lives. Consequently, we always strive to provide high quality legal advice and representation combined with value for money.
As part of this commitment to our clients, we are happy to discuss potential applications and appeals on a no-obligation basis.
If you instruct us to work on your immigration case, all our work will be conducted on a fixed fee basis, with fees agreed in advance and no hourly rates. And, because barristers have lower administrative costs than other immigration advisors, we are often able to pass on genuine and considerable savings to our clients.
Initial Consultation
For all new immigration clients we offer an initial one hour consultation meeting. At this meeting we will:
- Identify and understand all aspects of your legal problem
- Advise you on possible solutions and strategy
- Give you a fixed cost and timescale to resolve your problem
Initial consultations usually take place in our well-appointed conference suite within our barristers' chambers. However, if you would prefer to conduct an initial meeting over the telephone or via web-conferencing facilities then this can easily be arranged.
After your initial meeting, you will be free to take action yourself on the basis of the advice that we have given and incur no further legal costs. Alternatively, if you decide that we are the right immigration lawyers for you, then you may wish to instruct us to do further work on your case. If so, we will agree a fixed fee and timescale to resolve your immigration matter.
