Our immigration barristers are regularly instructed by immigration solicitors and OISC regulated firms to provide advice, representation and advocacy in relation to all aspects of individual and business immigration law.

Individual immigration

Our immigration barristers provide legal advice and representation in relation to all aspects of individual immigration law. The expertise of team members includes immigration law for investors, entrepreneurs, family members of British citizens and settled persons, EU nationals and their family, students, nationality, detention and bail, deportation, human rights and asylum.

Business immigration

Our business immigration barristers also provide advice, representation and advocacy in relation to all aspects of business and commercial immigration law. The expertise of team members includes investment migration under the Tier 1 investor and entrepreneur routes, sponsor licence applications under Tiers 2 and 5, skilled worker visas, intra-company transfer visas, representative of overseas business visas, applications under the Ankara Agreement, compliance management and advice on challenging civil penalties.

Our Services

Our immigration barristers provide representation and advocacy at bail, cases management, immigration appeal and judicial review hearings, both in London and throughout the UK. Team members regularly appear in the First-Tier Tribunal (IAC), Upper Tribunal (IAC), Administrative Court and Court of Appeal.  Individual barristers also have experience of proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Our immigration barristers also provide advisory and drafting services to solicitors and other legal representatives. They are regularly instructed to advise clients in conference, draft legal opinions, applications for permission to appeal and grounds for judicial review.

Members of the team regularly publish articles on individual and business immigration law topics and provide webinars and training seminars to solicitors.
